The Ehipassiko Youth Dhamma Family (YDF) was formally established in the year 2070 B.S. It is a youth organization based on the principles of Buddhism. The primary aim of YDF is to promote social responsibility by mobilizing young individuals in meaningful and compassionate community service. Many of the students enrolled in the Pariyatti moral education program are also active members of YDF. Currently, the group consists of more than 35 dedicated members. Over the years, some YDF members have gone abroad to pursue higher education, yet they continue to remain spiritually connected with the group. YDF operates under the guidance and support of EBF Nepal. As a Buddhist youth group, YDF organizes and participates in various social service activities. Their efforts include both monthly and annual events aimed at personal growth, community development, and the promotion of Buddhist values. The group serves as a platform for young people to engage in volunteerism, leadership, and ethical living, contributing positively to society while preserving and promoting Buddhist culture and teachings.
